Email After almost a month of communication with Prince and sitting on the phone for 36 minutes I am finally supposed to get a label to return the faulty camera. Im not even sure that I will get a replacement.
I do not trust the company.
Hopefully they will follow through with their warranty. They have filtered their complaints through a third party called pissedconsumer.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Sent replacement. Contact company.

Birdfeeder camera got water in the lens. I sent the camera in, and they were going to send me a new camera, but they didn't have the tracking number.
They were going to forward me the tracking number later, but then a week later, I got a couple of weeks later. I got a text saying that you're dropping the case email because I did not communicate with them.
Preferred solution: What was promised?$20

Help connecting my camera
I changed internet providers and I couldnt get one of my cameras to connect I have 4 cameras but was only able to connect 3 still not able to use the 4 th camera ?

Verified ReviewerResolved: My Feit Electric security camera stopped working. The light does not turn off anymore.
The light stays on 24 hours and then theres no video recording. There is no playback.
I cant see nobody. I hope this is enough information for you.
